Throughout our education we are encouraged to develop our intellect and ignore our feelings, yet everything we do is measured on a “feelings” scale; we organize our lives, educate our minds, and train our bodies so that we can feel a certain way. We live in a specific house, drive a specific car, obtain a specific degree, do a specific exercise, or wear specific clothes hoping to achieve a specific feeling, but often fall short of our expectations. We blindly seek to feel a certain way but only occasionally stumble on the desired feeling.  One-on-one coaching places the power of your emotions squarely in your hands, teaching you:
